Our moderation process is constructed as a quality system to successfully achieve a top quality, secure moderation process.
The quality of our service is leveraged by our robust automatic process, adequate queuing of workflow associated with each type of content, and our trained team of moderators. The output of the automatic process is the original content, plus the tags, to which each agent has added.

The Tags allow us:

• To better decide which manual moderation workflow to follow. Perhaps the content is tagged as high risk and it automatically chooses a double flow moderation.
  
• In the GUI of moderation, the moderators will rely on the board of indicators to warn them of the risks found in each element that qualifies each content for revision. This outlines where attention must be focused, as well as those moderation actions necessary to effectively moderate.
